Carbol Chromotrope ! -- nice one Ian. ( that takes me back to my days
at the 'Vicky' )
Sirius Red will also stain eosinophils ( apart from amyloid ), not to
mention a weak eosin solution followed by a 'good' wash

Does anyone know of a stain for eosinophils? I tried Luna's method
and
the P.I. was not pleased. I understand there was one in the Journal
of
Histotechnology a couple of years ago. Any suggesstions would be
helpful.
Thanks in advance,
