We use DAB Tablets from Sigma (D-4293). You make it up within 1 hour of using it.

Subject: DAB Chromagen
Our lab is thinking of switching to a more permanent chromagen--DAB. We
currently use the AEC chromagen and we make it up each time we need to use
it. Our question is "Does anyone make up DAB chromagen and if so would you
be able to let us know how?" Thanks for any help we receive.
Amy Johnson, HTL
