Dear Histonetters,
Hope some one can possibly help

In these days, we are trying to be certified for ISO 9000. For this purpose
ISO 9000 requires procedure manuals according to its own criteria.

This is requested that we have already prescribed procedures manual
according to NCCL's clinical laboratory technical procedure second edition.

Approved guide lines (GP2-A2 (1992))

But they want the procedure manual according to the following headings.
1-	Objective
2-	Scope
3-	Responsibilities
4.	Document
5.	Method

Kindly help me in prescription of the manual according to their criteria.
I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
