Hello All,
I've just been handed a journal article from 1977 with a
histochemical method for carbonic anhydrase (hydro-lyase).
The method uses 20-25 um frozen sections and a barrage of nasty
chemicals with many manipulations of free floating tissues. Lucky me
eh?
Anyway, I'm hoping, no, praying that there has been a better way developed
in the years since, to demonstrate carbonic anhydrase. IHC maybe??
Anyone out there with any experience with this one??
Cheers! Greg
