Hi all! I was hoping I could get some information on some antibodies
from anyone out there who has had some experience with them. They are,
mesothelin (CAK-1), Brst-2 (GCDFP-15), and TTF-1.
We will be working these up from concentrate anr are hoping to perform
them on Ventana's NeXes as titration runs. I understand that the TTF-1
and the Brst-2 are pretty heat sensitive. Has anyone tried running the
NeXes with the heat option turned off? Also some of these AB's work best
with a higher ph retrieval solution. Any tips/procedures using BioCare's
nuclear decloker would be much appreciated.
