I need an antibody(ies) to stain canine Kupffer cells (macrophages) in liver.
Have no knowledge of what crossreact to dog or a specific antibody for these
cells.
I am a mouse person, and need an answer for a bigger critter.  

I also would like a minirerun on using EDTA for antigen retrieval including
MW, HIER, molarities, buffers, times.
