Hello, all histoneter, again.
Our lab decided to buy a cryostat system. We decided to get one because
we have to cut a lot of serial sections (150 sections per one animal) of
mice carotid artery. We are now using a cryostat in hisology lab, but
we need our own to speed up the project. We have no idea which
cryosystem to buy. I remember somebody was recommending Leica system.
Can anybody give me some advice? I also remember some said accu-edge
disposable blade is the best, but was it for paraffin system? Has
anyone tried cryojane system?
Any subjective opinion is welcome!
Thank you very much in advance.
