Try the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology book, and you might want to 
contact ASCP to see what they have available.  And since you can "buy 
whatever you want" you might want to check out the NSH Study books for the 
registry exam.  I bought a set many years ago, and I use them to train new 
histotechs, and for continuing education credits for my department.
