Hello Fellow Histologists,
Our Histology Section Head, Bob Scott, has the following request for
feedback, from anyone that can help:
"We are having trouble with cervical biopsies done by loop electrocautery
excision. The resection margins appear slightly burnt, and the margins
don't adhere well to plain glass slides. We hope to remedy this problem by
mounting sections on Silane coated slides. Would be happy to hear if anyone
else has had this problem, and how they've dealt with it."

Please reply on the Listservice, or private email, if you prefer

Also, many thanks to Raoul Regnault, Trail Hospital, Trail, B.C., Canada,
for informing me of this excellent Histology listerver!
