I doublechecked my information with my spouse.  I was misinformed and 
spread it to you guys.   There is no US law governing children and 
hazardous chemicals - but there is a law in China.  So, don't let your 
kids go to China to work in factories.
Sorry about the error.    There was no sniper fire afterall.   If you can 
forgive her, you can forgive me.
