Hello Histonetters,

I use Clear-Rite 3, a xylene substitute, and am having problems when I need
to recoverslip.  Currently, I just put the slide that needs recoverslipped
into a coplin jar of Clear-rite 3 at room temperature.  The coverslip really
doesn't like to come off (takes a week) and it tends to be a sticky, messy
process.  Does anyone have a method for removing coverslips with a xylene
substitute?  Should I use heat?
