Historically, pathology transcriptionists (and I assume radiology
transcriptionists) have been trained on- the job. I am in dire need of
some on-line resources for training of new employees. There are no
formal programs---only 'terminology" courses at junior colleges. Anyone
use these types of aids or know of how one replaces these valuable
people? This has always been an issue for me. Any comments?
