Hi,
I performed HMWCK on prostate biopsy but showing some strange result. This sntibody will stain the basal cells of the prostate glands. For my result, most of the glands are positive. However, some basal cells of the gland is positive for the left side but negative for the right. Moreover, some cells are strongly positive but some are weakly positive for the same lesion. For those weakly positive stained cells, they seemed to be dewax inadequately and the counterstain is weaker than other cells for the same slides.
Do anyone have any opinion on this?
