Hello Dr. Cartun,
I use TFE-3 from Santa Cruz. It is an RUO the Cat. # is SC-5958.
I use it @ 1:1000.  It is made in Goat so I use Dako's LSAB+ detection
kit.
As a pretreatment I use Cell Marque's Trilogy but you can use any EDTA
based pretreatment.
