Hello,
One thing I didn't add is that our hospital is a reference hospital where as we receive specimens in from 
Hospitals and Clinics that do not have a Histology lab .  The largest hospital that we would compete
with is 3 hours away.  We have been together as a team for 10 years to 25 years so as you can see
we have a great team that works well together with great knowledge and productivity.
