Try this online atlas, It's really nice for normal structures  
(especially if you are using Cresyl Echt Violet stain) - this is a  
mouse atlas but hopefully will help. Also you can chose transverse or  
sagittal sections:

On the right side of the page click on "launch the Allen reference  
Atlas" and then you can choose the coordinates that best match your  
sections.
