I wrote recently asking for advice on sectioning drosophila
heads and many of you wrote back very useful advice
pertaining to softening the chitin before processing.
My question is...is there anything I can do for the 2 dozen
or so blocks that I had already processed and are waiting to be sectioned?  These have NOT been processed with softeners but are important specimens.
