We are having a problem with vaculation in our brain sections. The
problem is variable in an embed so I do not think that it is a
processing problem. I think perhaps it maybe that the concentration of
formalin in the fix which we buy in could be variable. Has anyone had a
problem with' too much water' in the fix causing vaculation.if so did
they have a method to calculate the amount of formaldehyde present in
the fix.?
