We were also having problems, however, all of my backordered items have
finally arrived.  Perhaps just writing of this problem on the Histonet
will help, though.  A few weeks ago I mentioned on the Histonet that I
was having a problem with backordered items. My account manager promptly
contacted me and came to visit.
