RE: [Histonet] Dako

From:"Luck, Greg D."

Richard,
It's not just you. If I printed what my lab purchasing agent said to me
I'd be banned from the histonet for life. She has recently spent an
1.75 hours total on two phone calls with them recently and one of their
recommendations to her when we couldn't get an answer as when to expect
our pronase was to look for alternative vendor. So much for a new
computer system. Someone didn't do their job very well at DAKO. Good
luck, Greg

Are others having problems with Dako Corporation in terms of getting
reagents on time, products being back ordered, etc. or is it just us?
