Hello: our lab has just been through a LEAN review and we are looking at
continuous process of our Histology Specimens. I was wondering if anyone
has changed their lab process to accommodate this? Our lab runs only 8
hours/day and not 24hrs. I can understand the benefits of this for a
24hr lab but not an 8 hour one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in
