Histonetters,
Has anyone had experience with IHC on pig (hog) tissues?
We are having trouble trying to block endogenous peroxidase in eosinophils 
in frozen sections of lymph nodes.
We have tried hydrogen peroxide up to 6% for one hour.
Periodic acid at 0.23% for 1 minute helped but didn't remove all the 
staining, longer time (up to 8 minutes) didn't improve the removal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
