Hi Joost

We have been using DakoCytomation's polyclonal rb-a-GFAP, Z 0334, with quite 
good success on rat brains. Dilution was 1:500-1:1000, pretreatment: HIER 
(citrate pH 6.0, pressure cooker). Hope this helps.
