Re: [Histonet] Luxol Fast blue
Luxol fast blue works well on frozen sections.
You may need a longer differentiation in 0.05%
lithium carbonate than with paraffin sections.
Neutral red provides a contrasting Nissl stain
and also darkens the myelin already coloured by
the luxol fast blue.
