[Histonet] Processing of Mouse and Hamster Brains

From:phyllis

We have recently started processing mouse and hamster brains for histology
and immunohistochemistry. Can anyone share their processing schedule and
also handling of tissue prior to processing. The tissue is brittle and when
the microwe is used for the immnos the sections fall off.
