You might want to consider the CryoJane Tape-Transfer process for sectioning
the skin. You will be able to prepare flat, thin, intact, unfolded frozen
skin sections.
The Gentle Jane snap-freezing system will permit you to prepare a frozen
block
with the tissue uppermost in the block and with the morphology preserved.
With the use of the Instrumedics rubber mold you can embed the skin on edge.
