We are having some probs with auto-flourescence on cryosections of older human lens…We tried some of the obvious methods that did not work. We are considering using a higher wavelength and using the APC filter and for the secondary instead of the Alexa 488 and 594’s we’ve been using, we’ll try goat anti-mouse conjugated to APC…Does this sound like it might work??any suggestion or protocols on human lens..please send along!!
