Hi I'm interested in a protocole for perfusing rat or mice embryos. I've
tried perfusing the mother with PFA but  didn't think the fixation was very
great. I heard it's possible and easy to do the embryos via the umbelical
cord...when I opened up a mom at E18 this seemed all but easy!!!
