Hi all 

I have MMA embedded rat femur (Erben technique) both unloaded and unloaded ,
which I can cut to 40 micron slices. I am trying to localise osteocalcin ,
IGF1 and cfos . However my results are full of non specific
staining/inconclusive staining.TIme is running out for me .....
 I am an oral surgeon in training in Ireland and I am doing this project as
part of my course and so am a neophyte in this area.  Can anyone advise or
steer me to someone with experience in this field . Will I have to
deplasticise? Are established protocols available? etc
