Diana,
we place 100 mLs of  1% alcoholic Eosin in our first 100% alcohol on the
processor and it works well.  We process alot of cervical biopsies and I
agree, it's hard to see anything at all at 3:30 AM, never mind trying to
find white tissue surrounded by white paraffin.
