We have a PixCell II from Arcturus. It is wonderful and the guys at 
Arcturus are wonderful too.
We get a lot of support from them. Go to www.arctur.com and/or visit my 
website utmem.edu.lcm for fun! The complete workstation with imaging and 
fluorescence is about 125K. The guy that invented it is a scientist or a 
physician, I can't remember which, maybe both. His name is Lance 
Liotta . Anyway, Arcturus is the best!
Lots of publications out by Liotta. Do a pubmed search if you can.
