Subject: cutting embryos

Dear list members

A fellow student is trying to embed and cut fish embryos but she has many problems because the embryos shrink and the yolk zone often "explode". I recomender her to try to dehydrate slowly but it seems it will not work. Any suggestion?

thanks in advance
