Don't even count on 20%.  Over the last five years I showed a 226% increase from 8500 slide to 24000 with no additional staff  (We have 1.75 FTE).  The hospital administration says, whats the problem, the work is getting done.  Why do we need more staff.  We also show  9% in overtime.  So good luck.
