Hi Nita,

A very easy, inexpensive stain is the Alcian Yellow/Toluidine blue method which stains the HP dark blue and any mucin due to intestinal metaplasia, yellow.

A friend has asked me to go to the experts- she is in dire need of a Rapid, easy to read (for the pathologists) H. Pylori- preferably with 2 stains- "its easier or the doctors."
