Yes, you are correct.   There are new regs for shipping tissue.    The DOT
has a 2 inch thick book on it.   We had a guy come and train all of us in
the hospital who ships anything on the new regs.   I've tried a quick search
of my office and can't locate the guide to give you the name.   You might
check on the DOT website.

Has anyone heard about new shipping regulations for tissue via the DOT and
the US Postal Service? I've heard that there is training available through
