I haven't tried these specifically on dogs but I have used them on ffpe
tissues for human, rat, rabbit, goat
I buy supernanant and use it neet, they are all mouse monoclonals
my usual pretreatment is proteinase k digestion DAKO for 5 min. or steam

Subject: Collagen immunohistochemistry in dogs

Dear friends from veterinary pathology ...

... a colleague of mine is looking for nothing less than antibodies against
collagen I, III, IV, V, VI, that work on FFPE tissue from dogs. Anybody out
there with good suggestions for antibodies that they worked with and which
gave reasonably good results? If so, would you be willing to share the
following information: company, clone, working dilution, pretreatment?
Thanks a lot!
Best regards and a nice weekend,
