RE: Cell Pellet Processing
I would be interested in a processing schedule for cell pellets also.
Thank you

Subject: Cell Pellet Processing
Hi All,
Previously we were manually processing our cell pellets (with
Histogel), with nice results.
We have switched to an auto-proccessor now, and have found that the
pellets are shrinking and brittle. We are using the same processing
times and reagents as before. We have seen similar shrinking with
small pieces of mouse tissue.
Has anyone experienced this? If you are successfully using an
auto-processor for cell pellets, would you be willing to share your
schedule?
Thanks in advance,
Katie
