Hi all,
This is my first time on the histonet and also I am very new on IHC field.
I would like to know, if anyone have  information (protocols and pictures) about gaba-Immunostaining, and bax-immunostaining. I am working with mouse brain tissue 
on cryostat, 20uM. I have been trying some from chemicon, with ABC-kit (vector lab) with
homogeneus develop staining.
