I am currently using an anti-Cox-2 antibody (from Cayman) on mouse tissue and am having many problems.
First, does anyone recommend any other sources for the antibody?
What would be a good positive control ? 
What does the staining pattern look like? 
Has anyone had trouble with unspecific background?
