I just wanted to thank everybody for your help with the disposable blade
problem.  
 
I have gotten so many excellent suggestions.  So far, I have switched brands
of blades on one microtome (Leitz 1215) and the sections were so much
better.  On my microtome (Leica 2135) I changed my low profile blade to a
high profile blade and my sections got worse but, I need to allow some time
to play with the angle.  Tomarrow we are going to try changing lot numbers
of blades.  I don't want to do a bunch of new things all in one day because
it is harder to narrow down what the problem is.
 
I will let everybody know when my problems are solved and what solved them.
