Hi Carol,
I've been told before (although I've never really needed to use it) 
that Levamisole is a good block for your purposes - you can buy a 
dropper bottle from Vector, and I think it's just a matter of one 
drop in every 5mls of your substrate solution. Hope this is helpful!
