Hi Jim
We are using MMP-9, clone 56-2A4 (Oncogene), working conc. 1 ug Ig/ml after
HIER (microwave; 100 mM Tris - 5% urea, pH 9.5 - don't ask why, it works;
HIER in pressure cooker with citrate buffer will work also, though staining
is a little less intense). Couldn't get clone 15W2 to work properly on FFPE
material. No experience with MMP-3. Hope this helps.
