Hi Kathy,
      Leica Microsystems makes an "Universal Blade Holder" for either High
or Low profile blades. This devices overall shape is similar to a standard
knife of 255 mm length. There are two clamping plates of 75 mm length, one
in the middle and one at the end. Mounting a disposable blade at the end,
allows the user the place this holder in our old AO 860 as you would a
standard blade.
