RE: sta-on in water bath for IHC

From:Stacy McLaughlin

We use STA-ON in the water bath for all of our IHC's except for S-100. We
have problems with too much background staining.

Subject: sta-on in water bath for IHC

Hello all,

Can a slide with STA-ON in the water bath (for tissue adhesion) be stained
for IHC? Will the STA-ON alter the quality of the slide?
Any advise would be helpful?
