We have canned text for only our tonsil specimens.   We are a children's
hospital, so we get a lot of these types of specimens.   Our computer system
(Meditech) allows  us to create these.

Is this for a particular computer system? If not, you can do this in
Microsoft Word (and probably other word processing programs as well) using
the Autotext feature. It allows you to type in a short string and then it
fills in the rest for you.
