RE: ALkaline phosphatase Ab for confocal
Hi Phil,
Vector Red as chromogen for AP activity yields a reaction product that
is brighly red fluorescent when emitted with a rhodamin filter pack.
The fluorescence signal tends to be very low fading (1000x less than
FITC!) and is also useful for confocal techniques.
