I read a message you posted on Histonet that some labs need human-on-human 
IHC detection system. I am glad to share with you that ImmunoVision 
Technologies, Co. in Daly City, CA introduced  PowerVision Homo-human IHC 
kits for IHC staining of full human or humanized antibodies in 2001. 
PowerVision Homo-human IHC kits utilize ImmunoVision Technologies' polymer 
based biotin-free system (see also Clive Tylor, Applied 
Immunohistochemistry& Molecular Morphology 7:201-208, 1999 and Karen 
Petrosyan, J. Histotechnology, 25:247-250, 2002). Homo-human kit uses same
