Hi,
I am looking for a stain to demonstrate tyrosin dehydroxylase.  This will be 
done on the basal ganglia on animal tissue.  Would the tissue need to be 
fresh frozen, fixed frozen, or formalin fixed?  Any staining tips with the 
staining protocol would be appreciated.  Thanks for your help.
