iNOS,eNOS,nNOS

I was asked to perform IHC against each isoform(iNOS,eNOS,nNOS) on FFPE horse uterine biopsies. I've searched the archives and found some information, although none on horse. I need any/all information I can get regarding protocols, fixation and especially positive controls. Please help. I would appreciate any info.
