Anyone out there doing immunostaining on WT1 protein for Wilms' Tumor
clone 6F-H2?

I am trying out this new antibody (Dako  cat # M3561)and really donot
want to give up yet! I am using a mesothelioma as a control on formalin
fixed paraffin embedded tissue (FFPET).

the protocol suggests pretreating the slides with pepsin in0.2N HCl and
the immunolocalisation should be nuclear. I have tried this digestion as
well using mw antigen retrieval using several antigen retrieval buffers;
I keep getting peri-nuclear and cytoplasmic staining.

any suggestions?
